We’re not all experts here, which is why we feel we have so much to offer you, the reader. As we make our way through various types of alcohol during our monthly meetings, we will document our thoughts and tastes as we go along: unfiltered and honest. We will occasionally have a special guest to offer some solid advice on the drink of choice for the evening, and we’ll also provide suggestions on tasting and smelling techniques and quite possibly which food goes with which kind of drink.
